JOSEPH L. BEYKE
BIOGRAPHY
Joe Beyke is the founding member of the firm. He practices in the areas of real estate law, collections, corporate law, business law, and business litigation. He represents large and small businesses, community associations, property managers and individuals in a wide array of business and real estate transactions and disputes. Joe has an extensive background in foreclosures, evictions and with working locally with many community associations and property managers. He has also been very active working with tax lien certificate holders and Ohio County Treasurer’s offices in the pursuit of tax lien certificate collections in accordance with Ohio Revised Code §5721.
Joe is licensed to practice in Ohio and Kentucky and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio. Joe is also in the process of becoming a licensed title insurance agent.
Joe received his bachelor’s degree in American Politics & Business Administration from the University of Akron in 2001 and is a 2004 graduate of The University of Akron School of Law. Joe was named an “Ohio Super Lawyer Rising Star” for the years 2015, 2016 and 2017, a distinction awarded to no more than 2.5 percent of lawyers in Ohio each year.

RYAN R. BLINDAUER
BIOGRAPHY
Ryan is an Associate Attorney for the firm. He practices in the areas of real estate law, collections, corporate law, business law, and business litigation. Ryan is the firm’s primary litigator and spends much of his time practicing in Courts throughout Ohio. He represents community associations, property managers and real estate investors in a wide array of business and real estate transactions and disputes.
Ryan is a valuable resource to real estate property managers and real estate investors throughout Southwest Ohio. He spends much of his time advising and representing landlords and property managers as they face legal issues with tenants and government ordinances. Ryan has successfully represented owners in obtaining a reduction in real estate taxes and regularly handles evictions and other legal matters that investment real estate owners commonly face.
Ryan is licensed to practice in Ohio. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, with an emphasis in Motion Pictures Production, from Wright State University. He is also a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Law.
